Molecular classification of lymphomas
Our focus is on the development and utilization of new technologies to identify genes that are associated with lymphoma development, progression, and response to therapies. We are currently working with Dr. Alexandra Levine (Norris Cancer Center) and Dr. Timothy Greiner (University of Nebraska Medical Center) to classify mantle cell lymphoma (MCL) and diffuse large B-cell lymphoma (DLBCL) cases based on mutation status and gene expression and DNA methylation profiles.
